I’m Tomas Bui — Czech Vietnamese, living in Prague, and I’ve spent my entire career in marketing. I started out with e-commerce and affiliate campaigns; today, I focus more on building entire systems: processes that deliver results, automation that handles repetitive tasks for companies, and the tools that support them. I most often work with tech startups and smaller B2B companies.

## Experience

- **Head of Marketing, GoodVision** — Present: Responsible for marketing enterprise software solutions for the intelligent transportation systems (ITS) industry, with global reach. Drove 60% YoY pipeline growth; built an AI-augmented marketing stack.
- **Marketing, STRV**: B2B software and product studio focused on the North American market. Led six-figure ARR spin-off projects from the ground up and managed marketing for seven-figure mobile apps, later taking ownership of B2B demand generation, including paid campaigns, CRM, ABM, and conversion optimization.
- **Marketing, Medfox Digital**: Scaled a digital-health app to 100K+ installs within months of its launch in Czechia.
